Is this how the staff of distributor for Supersprint in Singapore works?

1. Isaac asked about the Supersprint Muffler for BMW E39 530i but didn't say what model he is using, except the M-Sport rear bumper.

2. So Eric asked if Issac using an M5 because M5 muffler cannot fit 530i, but didn't mention either the performance spec or fitment spec differs, or even maybe bumper differ?!

3. Issac said its not M5 but M-Sport rear bumper.

4. Eric said the model Isaac pick is not suitable for M5 rear bumper (I presume M5 rear bumper = M-Sport rear bumper).

Isaac's mistake is he never tell what engine model he is using, year make, except the M-Sport bumper. Eric is even more confused.. The M-Sport rear bumper has confused Eric of thinking Issac is using an M5.. then Isaac tried to rectify the situation by saying he's not using M5 but 530i, then even confuse Eric even more..

Astroboy, I think I'd enough information for him already. This is so common sense, so kiasu land workers not that good also compare to Malaysian.

Furthermore, M-Sport is not M5, M-Sport has got only one side exhaust while M5 both side.

Haha... cultural differences la.. Best write to the manufacturers, the reseller are all intermediaries that only know how to sell provided that u give them the product code. Giving them more info will just confuse them..

Best write it this way:

Subject: Supersprint muffler

1. My car: BMW E39 530i year 2001
2. My rear bumper: M-Sport

Please advice what Supersprint muffler I should use, and also the related parts for fitting. Appreciate if you can provide the part numbers and prices accordingly in a proper quotation, with options if any.
