Iphone 3gs & bmw 320i coupe e92

hi everybody,1. how to synch iphone 3gs with 320i coupe e92(no idrive)2. any other accessorries needed?3. is there such cable that synch and also charge iphone 3gs simultaneously?please advise. many thx

I also having difficulties on trying to sync my iPhone to my E92. When I plugged in the iPhone through the USB port the radio shows "The format is not supported" or some sort of it.

Does anybody know the solution?

well the problem is the car doesn;t recoqnize the phone while it is in "phone" mode, for my HTC and BB, i'm just using the normal USB cable and i have to enable it to Mass Storage/Disk Drive mode, and voila, recoqnizes all my songs, but unfortunately Iphone doesn;t has that fucntion.

and yes, it recharges the phone !!!! =)

pretty slow on the charging part though

the y cable aint a compatible acceosry with the iphone, but it will still plays the songs in ur iphone ipod
