Inspection light came on

Hi guys,Just wondering as yesterday when I started my car, the red 'INSPECTION' light came on (not the service indicator light). Servicing was done at 2000++ km ago, therefore it is not due for it yet. The car runs as per normal. Should I be worried now? How should I know if it is a valid warning as well? What would be the common issue that would trigger it to lit?Car is a 1990 M40 manual. Thanks.

it's a accumulative millage to sum up for a full inspection, there is inspection I and II which more serious work.

check out in some other forums...
if you want to remove it, dun waste time, it's hard to do so... the normal reset wire pin on the diagnostic plug wont work. normal reset pin with acc on is 7-11. some models defer.

Can some body tell me where is the reset pin hole located
