..import details for non road use vehicle..

..i will appreciate if someone could demystify for me process and conditions, if imported car is not going to be used on the roads ?? Precisely, if I want to import vehicle, for use on the track and track only and nothing else, how import tax works on that or entire process, considering that vehicle is not new and basically tuned for track and such ??
