Idrive keep rebooting

Hi guys,I'm experiencing the Idrive keep rebooting every 30s to 1 minutes. It happens intermittent and when it does, the Idrive will keep rebooting endlessly.Is there anyone experience the same issue? Please share if there is any solution. Thanks for helping.
