iDrive and Chinese Characters

Has anyone here successfully patched the iDrive so that it can display Chinese characters? Why? I have got some Jacky Cheung songs on my usb drive to play and the song names doesnt come out right.

apparently only chinese country/region like Hong Kong, China, Taiwan come coded with Chinese software on Idrive.
Am sure it can be done but might be too cumbersome.
can check with Soundwerks Singapore and see

possible to update the iDrive to display non-alphabets characters?
