I'm pleased to announce on behalf of the Inaugural Annual Dinner Working Committee (IADWC) the implementation of "The Great Roundel Awards". You are all invited to present your nominations for a period until midnight of 10 July 2005. Thereafter, a special panel of your peers will select the Top 5 nominations and the eventual winner to be announced on that prestigious night. The winner will also be invited on the stage to collect their grand prize and say a few words (... and also receive a kiss from the beauty queen we are inviting). This category for Bestest Avatar invites your nomination for the forummer who has the most provocative, memorable, imaginative and eye-popping avatar. Time for you guys to look at the boing boings more closely to determine the most all-rounded best avatar...

Not necessarily since the procuring of that avatar also requires time and effort. The most striking one will do...
