HUmming sound from rear axle

DudesI'm experiencing some humming sound coming from the rear axle of my E34 1995. Gets louder when car travels >40km/h. Really irritating when the car hits 100km/h. Not sure whether it's a mechanical or tyre alignment problem. Car seems to tilt to the right lately.Has anyone experienced this problem before?Regards

Fixed the problem at William's place. Right hand rear bearing problem. Costs RM95 (parts) + labour. Took the oppotunity to replace the pitmen bush (both sides) and replaced the fan belt which had some small cracks.
