HOW TO: E28 Aircond vent replacement

E28s, like many other old cars suffer from this irritating internal damage:Broken aircond vents, looking all cockeyed and blowing nowhere.

Replacing them is surprisingly easy, and a 3 minute job. Just pop out the offending vent. It just clips on to these posts on either side of the duct.

Then just pop the replacement vent back in, and it's good as new! Now you can blow anywhere you like.
