How much does it worth?? Plate No 4

Hi All,My cousin just bought a Bimmer E46 318 with selangor number plate "4" . How much do you guys this it worth?? He wanted to sell it off and used back his own number...Besides that, how to change the number plate and what procedures involve??Comment?? Thanks in advanceAdios....:wink:

Long time ago.. someone told me Wilayah plate number "4" goes for about RM15k.. but now probably higher.

Thanks for the reply guys...Will feedback to him coz he might sell it off to a plate trader...I think the trader offer him about RM16.5k ...Should be reasonable price coz it is Selangor and not Wilayah plate...
