How is Mpower workshop?

Firstly I owned a E34 520 converted to 525 recently.

Everything seems ok to me. It just that the car slightly wobble when I hit the brake.

Secondly, I would like to do touch-up works on the interior. Can you suggest any workshop that can be trusted enough to do this?

The wobble could be due 2 ur uneven wear on brake disc, upper arm bush torn, worn ball joint, even tyres out of balancing, etc...it has 2 b driven n ur suspension checked b4 any verdict could b passed.

Work is good, so do da pricing...But at da end of da day, go check it out 1st n decide urself. Sorry, after my experience of introducing clients 2 Mpowder, I stopped personally recommending any places...Hope u understand

wow great thread! its good to see people finally bringing this out into the light.

My friend spent tens of thousands at MPower, and needless to say the majority of the work he had done was what they call a cowboy job. They re-carpeted without removing the old carpet, and rust has already begun to break through the new paintjob after 12months. Lets not get started on the mess they made of the electrics.
Myself I haven't had any work done there. Been there once or twice with friends the shop always looks very unorganised and messy. Kinda reflects the quality of the job they do.

Owh...and with reference to Zig's comments, the 'carpet' has indeed been covered by another lush layer of carpet. Ahhh..how comfy :questionmark:

Heard that 5 of Mr.Nutton's boys resigned due to unpaid salary. 1 of them is their gearbox specialist. N they are hiring freelance gearbox guy after Mr.Nutton got stuck wif an E32 autobox 4 3 weeks...:stupid:

Also, Mr.Nutton is in debt of RM700,000 after some of his stolen vehicles were impounded by Customs...so, those of u who still go there, u will b LAMBCHOPs.

I also found out that the last time they so-called repair my gearbox,
it was just disassembled n fixed back with new oil n filter. Yes it cure my problem, but I was told by Mr.Nutton that my gearbox was overhauled completely, n I was billed RM2000 for this conjob. This came from 1 if his boys who resigned...

As i knew M Power have 2 workshop, 1 at Air Itam and another one in Jelutong (Fortune Park)over there got dyno mechine. Mostly for repair i will go air-itam workshop.The charges resonable you may look for Han.

As i knew M Power have 2 workshop, 1 at Air Itam and another one in Jelutong (Fortune Park)over there got dyno mechine. Mostly for repair i will go air-itam workshop.The charges resonable you may look for Han.

Not too sure whether the shops in Penang is linked to the MPower in Taman Mayang, PJ.. It probably shared similar name..
