Hi guys,Recently bought a first batch year 1996 E39 520. Been enjoying the ride but started to give me some annoying problem few days back.Have posted a thread under E39 on "Rattling Noise when air-con is on.."Any of you got such experience would appreciate your sharing of the fix.Cheers,..ST

I have the same problem in my previous E36... After sending it to Naidu... problem solved..

If I can remember it is broken sponge inside the aircon air pipe and also blower motor fail
