HELP... E39 headlight recommend

Hallo sifus... need help from you experienced people..My ride's E39; 1997. Yesterday, my left headlight was smashed by a stone which fell off a lorry passing me from the opposite direction. Luckily, car body was unscathedAsked AB and was quoted RM1.9k! (for one side, that is)I'm down south, in JB. Anybody can recommend (cheaper) alternatives?Thanks in advance...

For budget, can juz change the cover glass..Or try to look at chop shop for one site.

bmw7833, cannot change casing only because the housing cracked as well as the projector lens broken too. Just rcvd verbal quote of around RM900/side from a spare parts shop in Johor Jaya. Might call Two-B (Tmn U) to chk oso.

finally get from this guy at very good price

MR Soh 019-7711464. tell him that the guy driving an e39 with num plate 878 recomend.

Hallo bros & sifus,

decided to replace with new unit after all. RM950 + RM25 installtn cost. "reasonable" i think. also learnt why my other existing unit is not as bright... it has to do with the projector lens... needs cleaning, i was told. will probably do it at next service.

the issue's settled now... thnx for your inputs
