Hi Guys,is there anyone has a wiring diagram for our stock headunit??.....i might have screw up abit with my aftermarket HU on wiring....wen i turn on the HU, my dash indicator signal not working but outside work, autolock wont work and ac compressor will not kick....i duno which wired i screw upPls advise

Hey bro, the diagram as below. If you suspect that the wiring at the head unit is messed up, it is probably related to IBUS. Disconnecting IBUS at the head unit should get everything working again. The IBUS is a network where not-so-crucial components of the car use to communicate with each other, see 2nd picture. Cheers

no bro...still got issue with the ac..might reset the k bus try n c...dc my batt for 2 hours thn reconnect

Hope it works bro. My ac compressor also didn't kick in a day after changing to aftermarket HU. Suspect the wiring, but could be the compressor itself kong already.......haissssss.......

Bro gendong,

your problem could be the magnetic clutch of compressor not engaging. Mine also N42 and had that problem. Do a visual check of this.

you can check the I-BUS wires which is connected to ur HU o not....is red and white in colour..cut it off and wrapped it up...

my AC issue was solved wen i found out a wired connecting to the water/heater valve came off, after reconnect it, everything was back to normal...and i had a happy chinese new year drive ...

Tried this bro, but with both the the radio on or off, its still does not kick in. Visually, compressor looks ok. noticed that at the a/c vent, got traces of 'oil'. Will have the HU connection checked in a while. If all else fails, maybe ac compressor kong already......

The visual check I'm referring to is to see if the magnetic clutch engages when the aircon is turned on. Pop up the hood and remove the cover, have somebody in the cabin to turn on the aircon. If the clutch is working ok then you should see the compressor engaging/spinning when aircon is turned on and stop when aircon is off

Just did as advised bro, the magnetic clutch did not engage at all....means it needs to be replaced?

Well bro, it could be the clutch is broken or there's no input to the clutch. A so-so mechanic would simply replace the clutch without checking if there's an input first. Visit your reputable mechanic for further debug.

bro...if not mistaken..i read an article sumwhere regarding magnetic clutch compressor troubleshooting....stating to check the 12V supply to the compressor.

and try to check the fuse position 62...try swap with good fuse...might just b a broken fuse

thank you bros.

tried changing fuse too but it didnt help. now have to wait till my regular mech come back from his long CNY break and open shop next monday.

thanks again...
