I've change my car light to HID for quite some time . . The Right side went off few days ago . I went to the accessories shop . . The bulb is still working well . . When i switch the right bulb to the left it works . . I've check the current . There's current but why is the light not working ? ? ? The shop cant fixed it . . Balass no problem as well . . Sifus please give me some advice pls

1. Right side bulb to left side ballast - OK - confirmed that the right side bulb is OK

Test to be carried out
2. left side bulb to right side ballast - Result? - to confirm the ballast and cable condition.
3. Right side ballast with left side HT cable harness - to confirm condition of right side ballast
4. Left side ballast with right side HT cable harness - to confirm condition of right side HT harness.

having a flow of current is normal for the ballast but this does means that the ballast is working. The ballast consist of an 1. inverter
2. StepUp transformer or electronic step up circuit.
3. Ignitor for the arcing.

Failure of anyone of the above would render your ballast useless.
