the rims are impossible to remove as the cover requires a special key to open..
even you do, he might have a lock nut..

Actually its quiet easy to locate the owner. Just know whats the car bay number then go to the management office and get condo unit address..( if they would give it to you) or pass them yr contact and ask the owner to call you. Another way is to talk to the guards( if the management attempt fails) and ask the guards to help you locate the owner and if it is successful, give him a tip.

worth a try.. no?

Better yet, talk to the guards and make a side arrangement. pass them a few hundred bucks. 3 am in the morning bring tow truck and tarik the car to a garage somewhere and boom boom the car...

Anyway, I'll be meeting the management of that condo soon to discuss about removing the car. Need to make sure everything is legally done. JPJ and Police and stuff.
