No can do, city hall will only tow if the vehicle is located outside, whereas this is located inside a condomnium carpark which is out of their jurisdiction as it gazatted as private property.

I'm actually contemplating in seeking help from the condo management and JPJ to locate the owner, might just get it for a steal and embark on a project:top::top:
