Shiva, thks for the info. If I'm not mistaken I've change the starter, will have to check with my mechanic though.
What I do know, I've change, the connection on the igniton key (cost me RM2++), change something at the auto gear lever (dont remember what its call) but it's quite filmsy like plastic circuitery. Accoding to my mech, the starter has no problem, as when the thing happen, there are no current going to the starter. He's quite puzzle with the thing also. Have already inform him on the possiblility of some switch on the gearbox (cant really remmember this as someone mention it to me on passing).
At wits end already. Somemore sold my car already, I can choose to just let it go, but I choose not to gave the new owner a bad experience of owning a UDM. Most of the wear and tear (bar the gearbox and engine) has been done. So this one problem is really a pain in the ass.
The thing is, when it happen, you just relax or go have a smoke for around 20-30 minutes and then when you try to start again walla as if no problem it ignited and the problem will be gone for 2-3 month (depends sometime longer). I suspect it happen when the car is really hot (or moving for quite sometime) then when try to start it would come to that problem.
But WHAT CAUSE THE PROBLEM???????

hmmm.... did anyone check the S-E-W(manual) mode switch?
