Fuel indicator fluctuates

The fuel indicator fluctuates, but not as rapid as rpm. Most of the time during the 1st engine start of the day and it'll stabilize after warmed up or when started moving.Sometimes when the car is on the move, the indicator will show more petrolas compared to when im idling. The sensor is going down soon?

Its probably the fuel pump. It happened to me before and i replaced the pumps and it was fine after that.
