I think this has been discussed before. The best way to compare is to use the on-board computer and get the average Litres/100km consumed. I usually re-set my counter everytime I am at a petrol station. I am averaging 11.9L/100km.
From my experience so far, looks like if you do a lot of city/traffic driving, your rate increases to about 12.5-13L/100km. But if drive "off-traffic" then you can average less than 12.5L. The best way to maximise efficiency apparently is to make sure you hit the 90 - 100km as quickly as possible and keep it there as long as you can.
ken.
The first thing to do is to ensure the injectors and cylinders are clean and decarbonated. There are products in the market for this.Originally posted by Jinho@Jan 23 2006, 07:50 PM

I think mine CBU E46 1.9L is going 600KM at RM80.00 for KL runing.
RM 80 / 600KM = RM0.134/KM.......Originally posted by chateau@Mar 9 2006, 12:31 AM
