My car is up for sale. Thinking of trying something different and got another car joining the stable soon, so garage space is a premium.Car is well loved. Since its a company maintained car, no expenses is spared. Mechanically, it is fully maintained by ST Wangan and H&M Motorsport, 2 well known rotary workshop. Car is serviced religiously every 5000km or less. Aesthetically, Albert of Pro Detailer has been looking after the car. It goes in every 3 months or so for spa. When not in use, car is parked in my porch and is covered up.More importantly, the car is maintained and driven correctly as a rotary. All the nightmare stories that you hear about rotary engine blowing are mostly due to ignorant owners who do not know how to maintain and run a rotary engine. There are plenty of examples of RX8 running well over 100k kms. Car runs well and compression is healthy.Anyways, details are as follows:-2005 4AT Type E - registered Aug 2007 (I'm the first owner).Full spec model (Sat nav, electric leather seats, moon roof, full bose system, full airbags etc. etc.)55+k mileage - About 16k when I got it. Mostly weekend use only as my E38 is my daily driver.Original color was sunlight silver. Now the mods:-Engine:-- K&N Typhoon air intake kit- l/weight pulley - CIM 2nd oil cooler kit - CIM Oil cooler fan - Hayden ATF Cooler - Mazdaspeed Exhaust Wheels, Brakes & Suspension- Ori Wedsports SA67R 18" Staggered rims - Rays wheel nut- Tein SS with EDFC- Endless brakepadsExterior:-- CIM INGs front bumper (with LED running lights)- CIM INGs rear diffuser- CIM MS Side skirts- Repainted Bayside Blue - Original was Sunlight silver. Repainted by George (Ara D'sara) and recently had the entire front end repainted to remove stone chips- Hood struts- Mazdaspeed CF pillar trimInterior:-- Mazdaspeed CF interior trim (Door panel, door handle & gear shift panel)- Factory push start button (not aftermarket - ori from Mazda with the rotary shape)Long list of parts changed due to wear and tear - water tank, engine mounting, new battery, new ignition coil, spark plugs, undercarriage engine cover etc.etc. and I have the full service records since the day I picked up the car.Other accessories that comes with the car:-- Original bumper (already painted blue so you can swap if you want)- CIM R Magic Lip Spoiler (also painted and installed on ori bumper)- Original rear diffuser with chrome inserts (very rare, mazda ori accessory - damn expensive)- Stock suspension- Stock exhaust- Stock air filter with K&N drop in filter- 1 can F3 RE synth oil- Stock pulley kitAsking Price: RM112k for everything. RM100k without engine mods, suspension mods, Wedsport rims, INGs front bumper and hood struts. Will restore back the stock parts. Negotiable.Pics:

Update mileage... 55k to date... done only 39k kms in my 4+ years of ownership...

Bump for the week...

Just replaced all 4 tyres on Tuesday. Toyo T1Rs 235/45/18 for the front and 255/40/18 for the rear.
 
Bump... Front brake pads changed. Using Endless pads.
 
BUMP and price revised to RM120k - RM108k depending on kit. Tks!
