Firstly, Happy Birthday in advance and Thank You for including all of us in your plans for your celebration.

Secondly and more importantly, I think it would be better if you started a thread for your event rather than it being in here.
Since this is our usual "Friday Nite HH' thread, I can anticipate forumers getting confused in due time after a few pages down besides your event is on a Sat, nite and in a months time. From now till then we would have had several Fri Nite HH outings.
