First spy photos of the new BMW 3 Series

BMW has created the prototype of the new 3 Series model that will debut during 2011. The german car was still carried on the platform when he was photographed by people from Carpix, but we expect BMW engineers to test this version on the road soon.Class sedan from BMW is expected to debut in 2011, and it will be a change of direction in the 3 Series range of Bavarian producer. The new BMW 3 Series will be easier and will have a low center weight, without giving up the space or the dynamic capabilities that have established it on the market.To achieve a lower center of weight, engineers have increased the wheelbase of BMW 3 Series and have slightly modified track. Although the appearance, this model has not been finalized yet, we can see a front grille similar to the new BMW Z4 - especially if we compare the Z4’s spy photos with those of Series 3. According rumors the new BMW 3 Series may have a turbocharged four-cylinder engine, which will have only 1.6 liter.

If 1.6 turbo then it might be the EP series engine which is Prince engine use by Mini S now.... Frugal yet powerful but no more 6 potter feelllllll...
