Faulty i-Drive

Recently my car stereo, CD player comes on and off and the steering button don't seem to work. The interface on the screen is not responsive when I operate the i-Drive knob. Anyone faced with the same problem? Auto Bavaria quoted about RM 3.5K to get it rectified. Is there another workshop or audio specialist that could fix it. Would like to get a second opinion and compare cost. Thx

I had this problem when i bought my car second handed. The mechanic told me the whole cpu was a goner, i had to change it at RM4k, later found out its only the bluetooth part faulty, just disable it will do.
