F30 N20 engine timing chain issues

Heard a lot bout this issue at oversea review but any one encounter timing chain issues on F30 in here?

some that i have seen, on these n20 engines are related to the timing chain rail. its made of hardened plastic, and overtime, it breaks.

But most that i know who owns an f30 since day-1 it was launched, no one had that issue...... or they just didnt share....
