F10 520d Faulty Message

Faulty message pop-up while driving on low speed......."Maintain moderate speed limit. Car is not in full performance. have checked by service of BMW" and the car was sluggish. After re-start the engine and find no error status recorded. Any sifu have same exprience with this and if possible mind to share the possible issue and solution? Thanks....

Sent car to authorised dealer. No further error found in system. According to the technician this is 'just a 1 time error, as long as the error code does not pop-up again', it is fine.....

try unplugged the MAF sensor and start the engine and rev it if it makes a difference
