engine fault for e46

i have three engine fault when i plug in modic...the 1st one is error on speed control unit....anyone know what is this?is it that i have problem with my throttle housing? cos the eml light on obd n asc light appear twice..but once i shut down the engine for 5 minutes n restart again then the light is gone...anyone experience this b4?the 2nd n 3rd fault is cylinder 1 and 5 misfire...to clear this fault all i need is to change the spark plug?please help!!cheers!

misfiring. I had that due to coil problem. Spark plug maybe one of the issue. Are the coil cables good?
