EML indicator light on when key in position 1 and it's gone after engine started

Hi Sifu,Need some advice. I just took my E46 318i 2.0 from the dealer and I found that the EML indicator was on when I wanted to start the engine and it's disappear once the engine started. I also can hear some noise of like a fan spinning inside the AC unit or the radio unit. Even if I stop the engine the sound still there. But after 3 hours it's gone. Hope that some body can advice.
