Hi,I have a E92, Mar 08 that was purchase from a parrellel importer (a mistake I won't ever make again). He's promised that the GPS will work, but it doesn't. After much reserach, I have a Japanese Version of it. I was wondering if it is possible to get it to work, even if it includes changing parts (i.e. the CCC unit). I have been told that programming it will be a nightmare. Does anyone know or are aware of any success stories? Thanks

Go see Freddie at Obermaier, Jln Ipoh. He has done it for many cars., Requires a CCC change

Guys,
So could obermaier change the japanese spec radio to receive m'sian station? basically, the japanese radio stn only with 2 digits, whereby the Msian stn with 3 digits..
Furthermore, my e39 sat nav (rom) can be converted for malaysian sat nav.?
Would love to convert and how much would it cost??

this is the 1st time I heard people buying E92 from grey import.
Yours must be E92 M3 :top:
