E90 Side Mirror convert to folding mirror, possible?

Hi~
My e90 doesn't come with the folding mirror,
Can i add on to the folding mirror?
(Coz everytime parking beside the road need manual push the mirror, malu lah,bmw takde folding mirror)
Need to do new wiring or pre-wired already?
and how much it's cost?

Yes, you can add fold in side mirror onto your e90. You need to replace the whole side mirror with a fold in type. Plus you need to get the original switch (for fold in and fold out). You can find these 2 items from chop shop. Don't bother to buy the replica Taiwan made fold in side mirror as the mounting isn't that secure and at high speed, you would find the fold in mirror wobbling. Go for original.

ahaha same feeling here, when no one is looking I will fold my side mirrors....malu la...

Once added the mirrors then go for coding to enable fold/unfold upon lock/unlock. Like that baru chun. Even new Iriz has it tak kan BMW don't have right?

Ohh ya coding may require new FRM. Double-check. Name of function is called comfort closing for wing mirrors.

No need new FRM and wiring. It just on the function inside the FRM.
