Hi all, i would like to know if the E46 M3 CSL rims would fit nicely onto our E90? I saw a forum member fitted onto E46 and it looks hell staggered especially the rear. I want to avoid body works to my car so need to think carefully if the fender needs modifications to fit these rims. Thank you.

For fitment u'll need to know the center bore size pcd and et(offset) of the rims and compare them.

The e46 M3's pcd, center bore and bolt size are the same as the e90,so in that sense I think there should be no problems in fitment. What u'll need to consider now is the offset of the CSL rims..for the e90,an offset range of et30-45 should guarantee a problem free fit, without rubbing issues. So the widest u could go is et30.

I'm pretty interested in them as well, but finding an original set is pretty difficult. There are some other brands which looks the same as the CSL rims like VMR's VB3,Miro's and also Alufelgen's CS7.I don't know if anyone brings them in here but it is worth a try.I'm kinda starting to like Alufelgen's SF71 design, which is lighter than the CSL lookalike CS7 but I have yet to find the brand here.

If u really want light, nothing beats Advan or Rays tho..

Supergripen, i remember i saw a replica of the CSL rims at Hup Shun sunway but i didn't bother to ask the sales guy since i was interested in other rims. Im not sure whats the offset of the genuine E46 M3 CSL rims and honestly speaking i know nuts about offset but i like the idea of staggered look but same time trying not to over do it. If i EVER decide to go for this rim, then maybe i should find out first and compared with the replicas in Hup Shun, who knows they might be different.

I spend most of my time browsing japanese forums and i stumble this photo

From my judgement i doubt the owner did any fender modification to fit the rims because the rims tucks in perfectly. If only i can read or write in japanese then maybe i can ask this guy more details on his car. I got more pics of these car i can email you more photos if you like.

Yeah no doubt those Advans and Rays make light wheels, im also in the market for those but dont think any local shops here keep stock unless you go to SG.

I frequent e90post.com forums.. its US based site, plenty of good read there, and good pics too. Most of the cars are US based with some europeans as well. The tuning scene there is fantastic, plenty to learn from them.

I'd love to have the Alufelgen SF71 or the Forgestar F14..both pretty light and looks fantastic on our e90s.

Supergripen, yeah i frequent there also but most the time im at bmw3.net or carview japan. Dang those Alufelgen SF71 is NICE, should check out on them more when i got the time.

Pre-LCi E90 takes 19 x 9.5 ET25 with little fender rolling + negative camber at the rear. 19 x 8.5 ET32 up front is just right, but can go lower to ET28 max on a 19 x 8.5.

LCi rear is somewhat extended in nature, the max offset you can go for 19 x 9.5 should not be lower than ET30

Was at sunway on saturday so decided to drop by Hup Shun. Saw a replica M3 CSL rims lying on the showroom floor. The sales guy claim that it was original by BBS, he even showed me the BBS engraving inside the center hub. I doubt its original and ask for the price, and it was only RM6250 for 19 inch!

Now im eyeing on these, hoping for bonus from the company.

Good choice, i have them on my ride. 2-piece by BBS, Light weight and its Forged (center piece). You wont regret.
