Have heard some strange noise “klok klok” from the front right of the car.. Suspect lower arm bushes as e46 are prone to that. Sent it to the mech to confirm. He took a drive over some uneven road and bump and confirm that that is the culprit and maybe together with the tie rod or something. Will be sending in and have them jack up the car in a week or two together with the normal maintenance servicing. I was asking the mech of there is it true that PU bushes will last longer than the standard rubber ones. He told me depends. Anyway I search through the forum and fine that PU indication that PU will last longer but than of course the bad side will be there are a lot stiffer so the ride might be a bit harsh.Anyone know where I can get this PU bushes in Penang. How much do they cost normally comparing to the normal standard OEM ones?Any good mech in Penang that I should go for this change. Thanks
