OK, I have replaced the stock handbrake with a M-tech alloy handbrake but I also want to replace the stock handbrake button with a chrome one - I have tried turning the button (about 50 revolutions!) but that doesnt seem to work. Does anyone know how to remove the handbrake button from an E46 325i? I am tempted to try and prise it off but want confirmation that this is what is required.
