e46 320i m-sport unreg

Hi, i'm Raj, new member here.. i have seen e46 320i m-sport year 02 unreg japan, 2.2, 6 cyl, black,new facelift, xenon, sunroof, alpina 18" rims, suede leather, mileage 21k, price rm150k, i checked the car in AB, found some modification had been done on engine part and ECU check shows some errors. but AB said the car in perfect cond & the m/age 21k is true, the car needs only brake change and arm bush change. Is the car a good buy? pls advise..

The price is on the high side given the specs you mentioned i've seen dealers selling for around 130-140k. I am also looking around for e46 325i but came across a few 320i as well while flipping thru motor trader. Good luck hunting mate.
