E39 OBC hangs

All sifus,I need some help on the OBC with my japan imported e39. The OBC sometime hangs and i can't control the radio/ tv/ nat & etc. I have to switch off the ignition several time to get it to working. Anyone facing the same problem ? Can it be fixed?

Plug in the scanner to diagnose first...another cheap option is to disconnect ur battery for a while...
