e39 headlight adjuster

i was browsing for the item and found this http://www.ebay.com/itm/BMW-E39-ANGEL-EYES-HEADLIGHT-ADJUSTERS-/320953492079?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item4aba51a26f#ht_1814wt_1270i plan to buy one pair for both my headlights. some questions:1. seller claims this type will never break again so i assume the material is metal?2. seller puts 2000/2003 so i assume my 2001 headlights will fit as well?3. this is my 1st time to buy via online and 1st time to use paypal. i hope it is easy.thank you.

it looks plastic bro,plus the surface does look like plastic too.. iinm, i saw our forummer here posted about this which is made from metal, and does looks like a metal(silver)..

Its made from plastic, and should be a better plastic than the original adjuster which sort of just explodes.

You don't actually need the aluminium ones, the black plastic above should be fine.

Yes this is the one for your 2001 angel eyes headlight. The pre-facelift headlight (pre-2000) adjusters are different.

You need to buy two sets for you headlight (quantity to buy - 2 ). Each headlight needs two adjusters.

No problems with buying online and Paypal. Just bought a LCM myself just now.

I bought 2 pairs exactly the same item from the same seller last month..only need to do one side as the other headlight was pretty new and still in good condition..keep it as spares . Just some remark about the seller
1. He is polish...
2. My item was not sent by Royalmail International signed for..so the postage rate that he charged is a bit over (mine came in a small envelope with Polands stamp worth very little - but nice euro 2012 stamps btw) not sure about your delivery though
3. Did not reply my message for quite some time (claimed to be in Poland watching euro)

However the item itself is very good..

I dont have the contact of that shop. But once u go there for sure u able to find it. That shop is head light specialist. U need to buy 4 adjusters for 1 pair of head light. 1 adjuster is cost RM80. I dont know they got install for u or not.
