E39 Front Suspension and Bushing

Need feedback, I have been experiencing knock-knock sound when turning. Unlikely due to tyres hitting the side walls, bcos the sound appears even during mid-turn, including turning when car is stationery.I noteced as well some slight movements (somewhat wobbling) in the steering whell when the car is moving. Sometimes there, sometimes not. Can apprear at different speeds.Car >> E39 528iAppreciate any advise and possible part that need replacements + advise on cost...
