E39 Air-con

I hv A/C question. My E39 520i 2003 blows nice cool air from the front vents, but hot air (same like hair dryer) from rear vent. My MID pixel kaput. Now, I am asking you brothers to assist with advices. Is it the setting? how to set cool air front and back? Is the setting hidden by the missing MID pixels?

Set the front temp. lower than 22C and see if there is a difference to the rear?

Sunway. Name of shop is T&T, just few shops away from the big falken tyre shop, on the same row. The T&T is just opposite the black colour board of a used car dealer.
Do compressor and alternators...anything to do with compressor and alternator, can go there.

Basically changed the insides of my compressor with new pistons, gaskets and all...

Any idea if they can service/recon a aux fan motor? Do u have their contact number?

I got someone who can sell me the new air cond compressor for about RM1300.

sometimes when i start my car, my air cond wont blow any air at all..nid to wait for like 15 mins idle/driving around only it will start blow air.
any idea on what cud be the culprit ?

the hedegehog relay is dying, replace it.
