E39 528i - Cracked Cylinder Head

As some of you know, Ive been looking for a replacement and found one! Its a528i Double Vanos cylinder head.. if you see the pic below, just above the 5th cylinder theres a no engraved 1/3 on my ori part, but on the replacement part it says 1/2.. what is this indicating? your urgent help is much appreciated...

ah fook say no issue, mr check oso say no issue ... anyway today morning i drop by, valves all transfered d .. car ready next week only. mr bolli ask him to change so many things..

looks like bolli has to visit platinum jackpot this weekend wt chucky ... hahaha

Feedback from the western bimmer group:

"No idea. I know that the heads for M54s are very slightly different (although they work fine on an M52TU block). Provided that the head gasket matches, I would not worry about it."

"That's probably just a casting number. Numbers that mean something are longer than that. All else being equal, I'd use it."
