E38 740i 1996 M60 Engine. Anyone used Star*Chip ?

Hi. Has anyone here chipped an M60 v8 4.0 Engine ?My friend is coming over from the UK and I'm thinking of having him bring over a STar+Chip from these guyshttp://www.bbrgti.com/starchip.phpAt around UK 150 pounds ~ RM750 , seems cheap enough to put in and see what happens.....

Yup, that was previously mine. Lots of grunt 4k rpm all the way to redline. 10% thirstier tho.

26 hp gains for rm 750 seems like a really good deal.. checked out the link but it says the chip for an e38 cost UK 499 pounds..

Yep. Was following an old link where they were 150 pounds. Must have had price increase since
