Hm... I have a few questions.

Engine mount is now longitudinal rather than transverse mount in the standard S2000, now how would he mate the final output drive to the drive shaft ?. Must be custom job here.

Using BMW tachometer, he will never "see" the redline being from 8K to 9.5K rpm!. At 1300 kgs, its light for a 2 litre car. This thing must be fast on a track, provided the weight balance is intact or improved.

In Philippines, someone plonked a K20 engine into a Honda Jazz. It had to undergo wide-body conversion to fit the huge engine into the Jazz/Fit engine bay. This one front bias weight means it only good for drag-racing.....

Wow!. Watched the video again redlines at 9500 rpm. It really comes alive. The girl looks visibily terrified with the old Pro driving the normal way. The chassis is pretty good for an E36.

Looks like perfect for Tom's next project!. Tom ?.

Bro, the S2000 is longitudinally mounted as its a RWD, so it aint a problem. The S2000 fitted into the E30 would be a beast...much better than the S14!:D

The japanese didnt wear her seat belt properly...her twin air bags wont help much in an accident :)

yea...i do noticed the twin airbags...no wonder i felt something wrong with the seat belt...since u mention it...i realise she didnt wear it properly...(i think the seat belt is holding on to the twin airbags and not the body >.< )

You are right Al. I confused the S2000 with an Integra Type R. The type R was transverse and FWD. Both are amazing speedsters in the track. One of those in an E30 M3 chassis would be a real gem. And super-charging the F20c to 320HP would really need lower-end engine bay space which is not a problem with a Rotrex blower. (ie replace the AC compressor with a Rotrex blower).

Damn, wish I am in the UK where one can build one such beast easier at a lower cost.

Alan ... silicone aribags: someone should patent this invention.

Last I heard S2000 halfcut cost >10k... Now not sure...

i come across all the necessary for transplant (not halfcut) already cost 18k, excluding labor.
was thinking of plunk into my e30 previously, but after some research it seems lot modification to be done, especially cutting on the firewall. Have to think twice then.

its expansive i'd say.......
