hi, i experienced that my car tends to pull to the left even i have done the wheel alignment and rotate the tyres. The tyre shop said nothing wrong with the alignment and he can't do anything else. I am thinking of sending the car to another tyre shop to do alignment again but would like to seeks feedback from sifu before i do another round of wheel alignment. Please share your experience or comments. thanks..fyi, i'm using 17" rims, 4 tyres still quite new and i have recently changed the lower arm bush to PU type.

Seems like it's an inheritent problem for the E36. Mine pulls left as well and my tire guy compensates it by dialing in more -ve camber for my front. I have pillowball mounts in the front so that allows for camber adjustment. Currently running -2 and -1.7. Can't remember which side has less -ve though :p

You could check if the left caliper is jammed or not also like what eau-rouge mentioned.

this has been discussed few times since the forum started.... Do search for previous thread to read more about it.

same problem with my car e36 ...i have done wheel alignment more than 10 times still the same... go check at Bmw specialist or just ignore it ....

ive have this problem with my E46... in the end the problem is my Tie rods and the tyre type ur using... PM me if u want the cheapest part supplied to u direct... all u need to do is find a good mechanic to install :)

could it be the person who frequently sits on the front passenger seat is overweight.. :hmmmm:

LOL... no no... car should evenly distribute weight base on the load imposed... BUT! If u have a BIG Momma that may be slight off the scale... hehehehe

Still the steering to the left can be caused by caliper Brake pads uneven thickness on left side might also be the culprit...

Alot of problems can cause this (based on my mechanic)

Rotor, tie rods, tire surface, unbalanced tires, alignment and the WORST is ASC failing (touch wood)
