E36 Non-Airbag to Airbag Steering

Hello bros, seeking advice from the experts. Is it worth to change the E36 Steering from Non-airbag (std) to airbag? Is it really activated? Because the car is not equipped with airbags as standard (1993 E36). Maybe it will involve connection to the ECU?

just remove the airbag itself..

if only change the steering with airbag your car wouldn't simply have airbag since it's doesn't come or equipped with airbag feature as stock spec..

u need to install SRS system in your car first with some wiring needed to your car's ECU for the airbag steering to be fully functional.

I got a brand new 3 spoke airbag wheel with wiring etc.Will fit ur 93 model E36,the airbag will be active.Let u hv it for 1.2k.Stuttgart Tmn Mayang selling at 2.8k.my no 0196457305.Got it in Munich many years back,box,manuals all there.
