Guys, Need help, ever since my e36 the inspection indicator triggerred, my car has the misfiring and lose of power intermittent. Sent to the specialist BMWorks twice, car serviced and diagnose as ok, what could be the problem. Please assist

Bro,
Need more info on the issue to give any advice. From my experience inspection or service indicators do not cause such behaviours. Maybe coincidental. Maybe you can gather some info like:
1. What was the condition of the plugs when (if) replaced during service?
2. Intermittent loss of power - when? - Accelerating? Mornings? Jams?
3. Is there a lot of smoke? Colour?
Also probably helps to give info on engine type, age etc. Beside the service, any work done on car recently? Was there overheating?
