And for further interior upgrade or repair found this website

http://www.wecolor.net/business/

somewhere in subang/usj

Anyone tried it before??

just got my leather seats done up there yesterday. took about a week as there was a lot of work to do but then the seats are almost 20 years old.
workmanship is pretty good and i think he is the only guy around that can do a proper job with re-colouring and repairing cracks. will be sending my bm there in about a week, when he has the time to do it. comes with a warranty and he's been certified by nissan & ford.

he repaired some cracks in the leather on the seats and steering wheel.
looks almost brand new. very good as i wanted to keep my original leather and all the other places said just change it. he can even repair ciggy burns.

can post some pictures if anybody is interested. but only the after ones.

nice guy, speaks english, only prob is that he's super busy.

oh, and when i was there, there was a very nice 348 and a very very clean e30 325 2 door with borbet rims, sports seats, m tech 1 steering wheel, & a sunroof... the car was already super clean, inside and out, with a spotless engine bay... supposed to be in for more cleaning. black on black auto.

cheers,
Slide.

flash,

Don't know if there is a competent man/woman in Msia that can do the above without me worrying about spending big $$ and becoming a guinea pig for them.

Yup, same here... used to patronise an accessory shop long long ago (ex-client). The owner then was claiming they can do a very good job with custom installations. Tried them out but the job was not to my satisfaction (they are good but not good enuff... ????). Needless to say, I did not patronise them again and have made up my mind that any new upgrades would be using the stock locations.

this is long overdue.
My ICE pics. Very basic. No picture of the front components (valeraines) though.

Also some pics of my leather seat.

another pic. this one is my pair of 8" subs, free air, mounted on the original rear speaker mounts. The bass notes are a bit lame so don't expect low bass notes.

My E34 interior that makes me feel like living in it ... so warm and cozy!!!

Nice pics ICE Meister !!! Is that 2 Altec amps there ... I thought you were running a single 5 channel ? Lame bass notes ... can't expect too much from a pair of 8 inchers rite. Change to a pair of 10 inchers and reinforce the rear shelf. Then feel the low notes filtering into the cabin !!! RRRRAAAACCCCUUUUNNNNN !!! :nyehehe:

P/S - how did you pay for that amp rack ? Looks nice mate !!!

VaN.

van,

you mean how much I paid for the amp rack? I think about RM300. The labor includes the wiring installation, carpeting for the sub and all. Tuning FOC if you buy equipment from the installer.

Not sure if 10" will fit. I purposely chose this because I want the boot space. The stroller and bags need to go in that limited boot space.

The amp rack takes up about 4" in depth.
