E36 Interior Upgrades Suggestions

Guys I was wondering if we can gather some ideas here on the interior of the 36 . We know it can get pretty darn noisy . These are a few effects i have tried . 1. Apply the Mcguire's Interior detailer every week ( doesnt eliminate but reduces trhe squeks ) 2. Falling door panel cloth . ( Get it replaced with leather . I have done it with carbon fiber lookin cloth almost 2 yrs still good)3. Falling roof lining . ( nuthing much but to change and get the guy to use good adhesive. Avoid parking too long in hot sun . 2 yrs still good now ) 4. Seats ( releather .???? .. I got mine changed to semi leather . Came with thgose m tech seats . Lesser squeaks . And butt doesnt get burned after parking in hot sun . ) As for leather and vynil care i am using the mcguire's vynil and leather cleaner and protectant .. and am very happy with it . That was the doing of an insane individual .. hehehhehehWell that is water stain mark .... from the body workshop. cheers Guys keep the suggestions coming . cheers

Bro..if the the roof pillar lining, i mean two pillar left& right beside the front screen come out...how and where to repair ya? people said only replace the clip? eeeem seem does'nt work lah. Cheers

for falling door panel cloth, i changed it to black (those used on recaro seats).... one door RM25, so total Rm100.... not bad la...

Another annoying "feature" of pre 94' E36:B pillar 'melting' (sometimes incl. centre console; like mine).Replace with new B pillar. No point trying to rewrap as the plastic is melting & chances are your internal clip maybe brittle already.Still have not found a solution to the centre console... sigh Anyone has any suggestions pertaining to all those annoying clik-clacks, due to too many clips used during assembly (instead of bolt on like E30's).

willie....got pictures-ar? Don't know what is that black thing you are referring to. I need to get falling door panel cloth fixed as well.

I guess the rrof lining and all side pillar trims in black also nice ...hmmm wonder if it will atrract heat hehehehecheers

Bro, the clip can be repaired or actually replaced with a metal clip. I did mine at my mechanic - Optimum Automotive. Can't remember how much, I think is about RM30 per panel and it takes about 1 week to be ready.
