Bro Donald, where is speedworks?

I have a set of M52B28 headers with me...too bad I'm gonna custom fit the headers to my car la.

anyway, I've used the Hot Bit Headers for M20 before. Very good mid range power. Now the headers is in a monster car down in the Island Nation.

hey gurus! i'm also looking for some headers for my humble M40 engine...any leads guys?..

thanx

cheers

guys few questions here, if we change the standard header with the stainless steel one, how much hp or power gain? will it effect the engine bay temperature? thus effect the air intake? (denser air intake) and do we need to thermal wrap the header?

hp/power gain varies depending on your car and what other mods you have. The more engine mods the more effect generally.

engine bay temperature will be higher because stainless steel will not contain the heat as well as cast iron manifold

thermal wrap is detrimental to header lifespan and looks ugly. if you want to insulate the headers then better do ceramic coating.
