Hey, I'm not too sure where my dad bought it. Have you tried those specialty stores? Many years ago my dad used to frequent this outlet at this mall opposite Ampang Park mall, which had many miniatures. Then, previously 1U had a Nikko outlet which sadly moved out many years ago.

If not mistaken, one of the forummers mentioned that there's an outlet at the Mines Shopping Centre. The older models are harder to get sadly.

Btw, I once came across a rather impressive miniature outlet when I was in Bangkok. It was in Central World if not mistaken, near one of the Isetan entrances. No idea whether it's still there after the complex got burnt down by the riots last year. I got my 1:43 E32 model from there.
