E30 electrical problem

Guys, i need your help please..i own an e30 318i m40...im having some issues with the electrical connection and hopefully someone can shed some light on it.The radio,turn signal,horns and windshield wipers work intermittently..it will go off suddenly "all at one time" then it will all come back on again.as it comes back on, i switch on the turn signal, and it all goes off again.I suspect its a relay problem.has anyone faced similar problems?Thanks a bunch
