E30 bumpers

To all the sifus out there,Is it possible to fit the later model E30 318 bumpers to the older E30? My E30 is 1984 model.. plan to swap bumpers with the E30 318i models around 1990..Thanks..

can be done. done that. u need front valance fm post 88 car to fit those bampas to ur car. rear pcs is easier but u need the absobers too (if i can recall ) hv fun.

Thanks guys..
spoke to my mech today. confirm boleh pasang. the rear one need a bit of mods ie to shorten the absorber coz the new one slightly longer..
saw the new engine on stand today. can't wait for it to be plonk into the car..
anybody know the bhp for e30 325i engine? year 1990?

Shoul be some mod.work on the rear body but not bumper or absorber.correct me if I am wrong!
Ori. spec should be 170bhp..but after monkey years should give a discount 5% to 15%+/-

upgraded my rear brakes to disc, the whole thing comes with four screws also....
